If you would like to live a more fulfilling and successful life, you need to master your mornings. You know what they say, “Your day is formed by how you spend the first hour.” Another saying is, “If you win your morning, you win your day.”
Are you satisfied with your morning routine? Or do you think it can get better? Do you feel that you are getting the most out of your mornings? Or you feel it’s missing something? Perhaps you have an idea of what you need to do, but you still have a hard time doing it. Well, either way, stay tuned because in this episode, I’m going to share with you, how you can master your mornings.
These are difficult times for people around the globe, no doubt about it, but I know that if you are a woman of purpose, no matter how difficult these times can feel, you can deal with the panic and actually, even turn it into productivity for your wellbeing and that of your loved ones. That is one thing that sets you apart from everyone else, a woman of purpose focuses on living her best life, not allowing circumstances to rule her life, but being intentional instead, even when things get really tough.
And so I decided to do a series of bonus episodes to share a little encouragement, a little hope, and a little faith while we are all in the midst of this Coronavirus Pandemic. In this episode I want to share with you some things that I am doing and some things that I am avoiding in order to keep my sanity and not get stuck in my mind.
Do you ever feel that some are chosen and some are not? And as a consequence, often wonder, am I chosen by God? Find out more on this fascinating topic in today’s episode of Live with Purpose Podcast
Are you dealing with spiraling thoughts? You know, the kind that keeps looping in your mind no matter how much you try to avoid, distract yourself from, resist, or even, ignore. No matter what, these thoughts seem to take over your mind, and the more you think about them, the stronger they seem to get, overwhelming you and making you feel as if your brain has taken over you. I know this sounds quite dramatic, but without a question, we ALL deal with spiraling thoughts at some time, and more often than not, this happens way more often than we recognize or are even aware of. So what is there to learn about spiraling thoughts? How do these thoughts seem to become so powerful and dominate our brain for determined periods of time. In today’s episode, I am going to break down this little mystery so that you can gain some new understanding and stop being at the mercy of your brain and those spiraling thoughts that are not serving you in any way.
If you are new to my podcast, welcome. I hope you enjoy it. If you have been listening for a while, welcome back. You might be very surprised to hear the title of today’s episode, being that it’s the beginning of a new year, and decade, and in the last couple of episodes, I have been talking about dreams, and goals, and plans and all that jazz that we all love to talk about during this time of the year. And believe me, I love it. But I think today’s episode is going to be a little different. Are you or someone you love in distress? Have you been in distress before? What do you do when you find yourself in a difficult situation? Let’s talk about it. Listen on!
I want to strongly encourage you to make the number one goal for this new year to seek out God’s will and direction for your life. Do whatever it takes to get direction, guidance, to get those divine hints so that your efforts are not wasted. Pray. Fast. Ready the Word. Listen to encouraging podcasts and videos. Whatever you can think of, just be intentional about it. You are going to be blown away by what God can really do in your life when you dream big, plan, and do all those things, but care to give Him, God, the creator of all things, the place that He deserves in your life. He is not going to disappoint you. I promise you.
I hope you find the right dose of inspiration, motivation, and encouragement to live boldly according to your full potential in life. If you are successful, raised a family, built a home, curated a career, but you know that there’s more to life and you are on a mission to figure it out, then you are in the right place. In this podcast, I share with you my trials, successes, lessons, knowledge and faith through my own journey of learning to live according to my God-given purpose in life. I address body, mind, and spirit. This is episode #175 and its all about how to get ready for goal setting.
I love the month of December and I hope that you do too because, this is usually when I start to talk about goal setting for the new year in this podcast. So, are you ready?
Did you know that you were predestined to be adopted by no less than God himself, yup, you heard me well. Those who are legally, officially adopted enjoy the same benefits that a legitimate child enjoys. If you are wondering about the benefits of being adopted by God, keep listening.
I am super excited about today’s episode, of course, when am I not. But is only because I know, from personal experience, that when you understand these truths about yourself, the sky is the limit. I have to tell you, there is so much ingrained, so much already deposited within us and so much granted to us, so much awaiting for us, already in place, that give us the capacity to do things beyond our own imagination, and when you pair that up with simply being a daughter or son of God, the sky is nothing compared to the whole universe being the limit, if by chance I can really put this in perspective for you, because the truth is that our finite mind cannot comprehend God’s sovereignty and power working in our favor. How about that!
Today’s episode does tap into a more spiritual topic, since, I’m going to continue to talk about little gold nuggets we can find in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, concepts about us as human beings, but even more so, as believers. If you have been listening to this podcast for a while or you follow me on social media, you will know that I believe on the importance of getting to know yourself, of understanding your true value and worth from a divine perspective, because after all, it is God who gave us existence. And so when you come to an understanding of how valuable you really are to our Creator, of your intrinsic value and what has been deposited within you already, you will automatically begin to see changes in your life that not only will result in personal transformation, but will become a catalyst to the transformation of others around you as well. Get to know your natural talents and tendencies, make an inventory of the skills and abilities you have developed, discover your gifts, your spiritual gifts, make sense out of the experiences you have lived in life and extract the lessons you have learned or can learn. Did you know that you may have gone through an experience when you were a child, and today you can extract a lesson from it, that you never really thought about before. Perhaps, it is now, with the level of maturity you have acquired, and the understanding you have, that you can make sense out of it, for yourself and for others as well. You can also extract a lesson from an area of your life and apply its principles in a complete different area of life. I find it super interesting when I take a lesson that I learned from a finance situation, for example, and can grasp a principle that I can apply to a completely different area of my life. This, my friends, requires, introspection. If you start paying attention, you will be surprised of the things you can notice and learn about yourself that will certainly help you on your journey to live a life full of purpose and passion.
And so , in today’s episode, I want to share with you something else you can add to that pool of all the wonderful things of that which adds to your sense of self.
